The 180° Rule
Shutter Speed (seconds) = (Shutter Angle / 360) × (1 / Frame Rate)
For the standard 180° rule:
Shutter Speed = 1 / (Frame Rate × 2)

Shutter Speed = (180/360) × (1/30) = 1/60 second

Frame Interval (ms) = 1000 / Frame Rate
